Your $1 deposit is fully refundable, no questions asked, any time up to the end of our crowdfunding campaign. If you change your mind for any reason, just reach out and we'll refund you in full.
When Refunds Are No Longer Available
Your deposit stays fully refundable all the way up to the end of our live crowdfunding campaign, giving you plenty of time to be sure. Once that campaign closes, Founder pricing locks in and refunds are no longer available. This cutoff is final and applies regardless of how the project unfolds afterward.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@swaydiffuser.com with the email address you used to reserve your Founder's Edition before the campaign ends. We process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
